East Tampa - 34th St. Workforce Housing - Williams Brown Legacy Project- This project is a mixed-use affordable housing development that will be located along the 34th Street corridor within the East Tampa CRA. The project will produce 31 affordable rental housing units serving households earning 30%, 50%, and 80% of Area Median Income (AMI), and includes ground-floor commercial space designed to support community-serving retail, specifically focused on promoting health, access to affordable food options, and neighborhood services for East Tampa residents. This component is intended to address long-standing community concerns regarding access to healthy food and neighborhood retail amenities.
